Sales of New Systems

NOx-Sol offers new SNCR systems to customers who previously did not need to introduce NOx reduction but with new environmental requirements must make an investment.

As our system is modular, we can offer a solution that fits most combustion plants, whether it is a “small” or large boiler.

We can also provide temperature measurement of the reduction area in the boiler, which allows the reduction rate to be further increased.

The scope of supply is also modular, which in this case means that the customer can choose to let us take care of the mechanical and/or electrical installation of the system and almost get a “turn-key” system delivered.

Sales of Upgrades

When regulatory requirements are tightened, an upgrade of an existing Petro/Yara SNCR system may be required. It may also be that the conditions in the combustion have changed a lot.

As the system is modular, it is possible to add a process cabinet that provides more injection points and/or larger pumps, to increase the amount of reducing agent sprayed.

We apply the same principle of modular thinking to upgrades. If the customer does not want to handle the rebuilding of the system itself, we can undertake to dismantle the old, put the new modules needed and connect them together.

Reduction Test

To ensure that it is possible to reduce NOx in a combustion plant, we offer a so-called Test Injection.

This means that we have an IBC vessel with reducing agent, a removable pump for the reducing agent and one for water, as well as a simple, manual version of our process cabinet that is connected to the customer.

We then carry out a test where we try to inject the reducing agent in as many places as possible, at the appropriate temperature.

Everything is documented and compiled in a report that is handed over to the customer, and based on the results can make appropriate decisions.

Service Visits to Customers

During the visit, the various functions of the system are checked and any parts that are not working are replaced before the next visit. After the check, the injection is optimized to minimize the consumption of reducing agents while ensuring that the emission requirements are met.

If the customer signs a service contract, this includes a. One or two visits per year, depending on the type of establishment. A service contract also provides a discount on the spare parts that need to be replaced, but above all, it provides a more reliable system.

Spare and Wear Parts

Spare and wear parts are a must, even for our systems. If the customer needs a spare or wear part, they can call or email us to get the right component for their SNCR system. We also have parts for >20 year old Yara and Petro systems.
